• Due to new RAD Sales Policy orders will no longer be accepted over the phone.
• Some items may be out of stock at the time of ordering. Please call before collecting any products from the RAD.
• All standard sales orders will take up to three weeks be received during peak periods.
• Express post orders will take up to 5 business days to be processed and dispatched. Due the processing time we cannot provide an “overnight” express service.
• If you are attending a teacher’s course where syllabus material is required, please purchase your items at least 2 weeks before the course date. We cannot guarantee the prompt delivery of any last minute orders (express or otherwise)
• Please ensure your membership is current when placing your order, otherwise you will be charged the non-member rate.
• Due to the large number of orders received, we cannot confirm the receipt of all sales orders. You will only be contacted should there be any further queries.

The RAD Sales Department seeks to provide a quality value-added service to our customers and endeavour to have all orders dispatched in a timely manner. However as we are not a dedicated retail outlet there will be periods where there may be a slight delay in dispatching orders.
